Starting Thursday february 18th. The “king” of fine vegetables has been cultivated since ancient roman times, even mentioned in Apicius third century AD cookbook. Asparagus is low in calories, contains no cholesterol and is healthy as it is very low in sodium. At Trio we are following the great European Restaurant tradition to prepare different dishes using the first and the very best of early spring asparagus.´
