“How to Promote your Business in times of Crisis”
In view of the complicated year we have been experiencing, our friends Consuelo Elipe and Carlos Elizondo, have organized a seminar aimed at helping hotel and restaurant executives and all those related to touristic activities to better profit from the present conditions. The seminar will take place from the 5th to the 7th of October, 2009 at the Hotel Velas Vallarta.
They have invited specialists in the areas of human resources, marketing, E-commerce, and events organization. The evenings will feature workshops on the elaboration of menus, coffee-art demonstrations, wine tasting, social webs creation and development of habits for success.
Among the invited specialists is Mr. Guillermo Fraga, President of the publishing company that prints the magazine “Excelencias Gourmet” where Consuelo Elipe writes.
Luis Omaña will show us all the elements to elaborate the correct menu and Yamir Pelegrino will offer us a wine degustation.
The next day Carlos Elizondo, who has been in charge of the promotion of several important enterprises in Puerto Vallarta will participate with a marketing seminar ; then Edgar Urence will talk to us about the importance of social webs in the electronic media and José Carlos de Santiago will teach us how to form communication groups.
After the workshops and practical cases, Haydhelen Velásquez will chat with us about abundance and the necessary habits to be successful.
On the last day Elías Sapién will offer us his seminar on the logistics of banquet management and Mr. Rocco Troyanni will talk to us about the creation and decoration of events.
Before the closing of the seminars there will be other degustations of wines and tequilas.
