TuttoPronto New Location

Punta MitaResidents of Nuevo Vallarta and South Nayarit will be happy to discover the newest full service fine food deli, TuttoPronto in the exterior walk of Paradise Plaza. This impressive culinary adventure is the brainchild of Ilde DeMarco & Eduardo DeBerardinis, who many will recognize from their stint as hostess/manager and head chef, respectively at Adriatico restaurant in Bucerias.  The gourmet café offers a little something for everyone at extremely reasonable prices

Prominently displayed are several hand made pizzas available by the slice. On the day of my visit, the selections included Hawaiian, Romano (artichoke, black olive & sun dried tomato), Quattro Formagio, Il Bosco (portabella, button & porcini mushrooms with smoked provolone), Neapolitan (mozzarella with basil pesto), Bianca (potato, rosemary & garlic) and Toscana (pepperoni, bacon, sausage & mozzarella).  Other regular selections are the Genoa (roasted chicken, pesto & mozzarella) and the Palermo (grilled eggplant, garlic, spinach, roasted yellow peppers and gorgonzola).  During Semana Santa and Easter Weekend, seafood pizzas were a hit and will continue to grace the menu on occasion. 

A changing tapestry of take out “heat and eat” items included grilled tomatoes, string beans and potatoes, grilled zucchini and eggplant, tortellini with basil pesto, Caprese salad (tomato, fresh mozzarella and basil), Spiedini beef kabobs, antipasto, ravioli in porcini white sauce with trufle oil, Mediterranean salad and herb encrusted grilled jumbo shrimp.

Rounding out the selections are cooked to order paninni sandwiches, homemade artisan breads and a selection of deserts. TuttoPronto’s “rustic Italian flare” will light up your day or night.  Catering services are also available. Email to a friend
